Driving in the oncoming lane of traffic is dangerous, even if you are only picking up your mail.  Weatherby Lake City ordinance 340.170 states:  Upon all public roads or highways of sufficient width, a vehicle shall be driven upon the right-half of the roadway. 

Please refrain from driving in the on-coming lane to access your mail box.
